More: I am definitely a “lick my wounds” type. I’m good at sharing myself when things are good. I typically choose silence and being alone when things aren’t good.

Whoa: “No lie, I hate telling people I need a break. I hate wondering if my face is making the right expressions. I hate stepping into the bathroom and practicing my smile in the mirror. I try to get it all the way up to my eyes. I hate the effort of relaxing my jaw so I don’t get a headache. I hate the feeling of being not quite here. Of being not quite anywhere.”

That bit I could particularly relate to. I often lay awake in bed at night for an hour working to unclench my jaw. This is important and it helps to know I’m not alone. I hope it helps you to share and find out that you aren’t alone either. <3
